SMOKY TOFU FETA

Served here with fried polenta coated aubergine slices, slaw and Creamy cashew & Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1.5 block tofu

2 dst sp light miso

1.5 tbsp nooch

5oz melted coconut oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp gherkin juice

2 tbsp acv

1 tsp smoked salt

2 tsp onion powder

NEEDS RE WRITING

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. 
Spread into a rigid freezer proof container and freeze until solid.  Chop into cubes and either store in the freezer, or fridge.
